Cancellation and Substitution Policy
All registration cancelled prior to August 1, 2009 qualify for a
full refund. To cancel your registration, please send
cancellation notice to
greg@xmediaresearch.com. Any registrations cancelled after that
date will not receive a refund.
Substitutions may be made at any time up to and including event day.
There are no refunds for no-shows. In the case of no-shows, you may
request that your registration be applied to future events, or you
may request a copy of the event proceedings. There are no exceptions
to this policy for illness, family emergencies, etc. |
