Cancellation, No-Show and Substitution Policy
All registrations are final upon submission of the registration form. However, substitutions may be made at any time up to and including event day. There are no refunds for no-shows. In the case of no-shows, you may request a login and URL to access the presentations online. There are no exceptions to this policy for illness, family emergencies, etc.
