Speaking at MEDIA MOBILITY: The event is centered around 30-minute breakout sessions where companies can present on a wide range of critical issues and topics. Rather than trying to get a word in on a crowded panel, speakers at MEDIA MOBILITY will enjoy a full 30 minutes to interact with attendees. Companies who wish to present and invited to select a topic from the Issues and Topics page and develop a 5-6 sentence abstract around that topic. Alternatively, potential presenters can submit a presentation topic/title of their choice with an accompanying 5-6 sentence abstract and Speaker Bio. With limited space, speaking slots are at a premium and demand always outstrips availability. The best way to guarantee a slot is through our sponsorship packages. Although not required to present, our affordable, comprehensive promotional packages reserve a speaking slot and give your company a ton of additional promotional opportunities.

Exhibit Space

Table-top exhibits are open all day during the event. There are four 15 minute breaks and an extended lunch hour during which attendees can browse exhibits. At the conclusion of sessions, the exhibits will remain open for an additional 30 minutes for an Evening Mixer with refreshments to allow attendees to network and view exhibits. The Exhibit Space sponsorship includes:
